We’ll start by exploring your style and inspirations, and create a concept that truly reflects you. From selecting furniture and décor (sourced from a range of hire companies to suit your concept) to designing bespoke stationery, signage, and creating utterly gorgeous florals, with this service, every detail will be thoughtfully curated.
To ensure a seamless setup, we’ll create floor plan options and conduct a venue walk-through. With our expert support, including guidance on creating your seating plan, you’ll feel confident in every choice. And on the day, our team will meticulously setup your venue, so you and your family can fully enjoy your day.
WHAT DOES A STYLED WEDDING USUALLY COST?
Total spends vary as every wedding is tailored to each couples unique vision, so we'll provide a custom quote for all the elements needed. As a guideline most total spends start from $6000. Get in touch to talk through what you would love and we'll provide a custom quote.
WEDDING CO-ORDINATION
When you've thoughtfully planned your wedding and want to engage a wedding co-ordinator to ensure everything runs seamlessly on the day, we can be the point of contact on the day. We'll oversee vendors, set up small details like signage and florals, and ensure timings are on track.
When you arrive, we're there as a reassuring presence before your ceremony entrance and assist with the bridal party entrance. Throughout your wedding day we manage the schedule, handle any unexpected issues, and support you, your MC, vendors, and loved ones.
With full co-ordination, 4-6 weeks out we’ll go through your plans in detail, fine-tuning logistics and address anything you may not have considered. We'll attend your rehearsal to provide guidance on your ceremony, bridal party entrance and music cues. We'll coordinate with your key vendors and create a well-structured timeline to ensure your wedding flows effortlessly.
This service allows you to fully relax and enjoy the day you’ve so carefully planned, knowing the details are in expert hands.

MARQUEE DESIGN & STYLING
WEDDING FLORALS
For couples wanting a beautiful marquee wedding, but unsure where to start, working with us right from the start will remove all the guesswork with our expert guidance.
We'll meet at your marquee site to discuss your ideas, offer advice about how to determine the perfect ceremony location, and the ideal marquee size and placement to suit your space and guest numbers. From there, we'll provide floor plan options, and a detailed quote for everything needed - from the marquee and equipment to all hire furniture, décor, florals, with the option of setup and packdown.
Rather than co-ordinating multiple suppliers, you can work with us as the one company to organise everything, ensuring a seamless and beautifully executed marquee wedding.

From a stunning flower-laden arch, a spectacular suspended installation, a dreamy bridal bouquet, to the prettiest flower crown, and even collars for your loved pet - we can make it all!
We source and hand-select our flowers from small local growers ensuring the best quality and unique garden grown varieties. Every arrangement and the floral colour palette, is thoughtfully designed to complement your wedding style perfectly.

HIRE ITEMS
Our specialty hire collection has been carefully curated, featuring imported, custom-made, and hand-selected pieces to offer a unique selection of timeless hire items for Weddings in Christchurch and beyond.

WEDDING SETUP SERVICE
For couples who are unable to up your venue on your wedding day or prefer to trust a professional with all the details and bring your plans to life, we’ll setup your ceremony and reception exactly as you've envisioned.
We’ll discuss your vision and specific requirements, then provide a custom quote to make it happen.
Our Wedding Setup Service can include
- 1 hour consultation (zoom or in-person)
- venue site visit to walk through the setup
- advice on any final requirements
- placing all your supplied items
Tailored to suit your requirements, starting from $650
WEDDING BAR SERVICE
Hosting your wedding at a private location and providing your own drinks? Our professional bar staff will set up, serve your guests, and pack down at the end of the night.
Experienced servicing venues, marquee sites, halls, and private homes, our team ensures every detail is handled, giving you peace of mind. Throughout your wedding, our staff will take care of you, your bridal party, family and your guests. We'll also clear & rinse glassware, and manage rubbish for an easier cleanup.
You may even wish to hire a bar, glassware, and bar accessories from us. We can also arrange espresso martinis, or hire our little cocktail cart and craft your own signature cocktails for an extra special touch!
THE LITTLE COCKTAIL CART
Once a vintage flower cart, this has been redesigned as a cocktail cart that guests adore!
Create your own unique signature cocktails with a tasting at The Last Word, where expert mixologists craft two flavours to suit your taste. Each cocktail is supplied in a keg, serving a total of approximately 160 serves, for your guests to enjoy!
A fun and easy self-service way to serve cocktails, it’s the perfect feature during canapé hour while your guests mingle - and even more of a talking point when you name your signature drinks!
