I'm a lover of bringing ideas to life and creating unique weddings for each and every couple that choose to work with us at The Event Boutique. And when couples choose to work with us, it's not just about bringing their ideas and saved Pinterest images to life, as there are plenty of couples that only have a few ideas, could be overwhelmed with the choices and options and need our guidance. I love hearing about your ideas and suggesting ideas that I think would be perfectly suited to the style of your day and reflect who you are as a couple. I truly believe my 'superpower' is being able to consider all your ideas and give you a day that's better than you're wishing for. One that is uniquely designed to suit you. And whether you're needing a hire package, or help with styling, to co-ordination or full planning.... based on all the feedback from previous couples - what we design and create is usually even better than what each couple has imagined.
Take for instance a relaxed cocktail style event, which is what K&S choose for their wedding at Pemberton Gardens. As they live in Australia we communicated via zoom and email and provided all the hire items and gorgeous florals. This included having our help to recommend the amount of furniture that would be needed for the number of guests attending and considering the furniture available at the venue. We know most venues so understand what's available, know the layout, and will communicate with the venue on your behalf to finalise all the details for your day.
For K&S we used a combination of the venue dining tables & chairs, our leaners and stools and lounge settings, plus all signage, decor and styling items. We discussed options for the location of all furniture carefully considering the flow of the day from the ceremony through to the canape area, to where speeches and cake cutting could take place. We then created a floor plan and this also makes it really easy for the venue to know what they need to setup, as we'll send them the floor plan, and then on the wedding day we'll transport all our furniture, decor and florals and finish the setup to create your gorgeous wedding. As we're always on the lookout for unique ideas and have an extensive hire collection, the idea of the suspended lanterns under the quince trees was an idea I suggested and K&S loved...take a look at how romantic and gorgeous this looked. From signage, to furniture, decor and florals the day was classic, simple and beautiful.
