Tipis and marquees provide an incredible opportunity to have your wedding or event in any location, from a huge family home with gardens, to nestled in the great outdoors with epic views. We can work with your Tipi or Marquee company (or organise a tipi or marquee for you) and guide you through all the decisions. Working with us ensures everything will be thoughtfully considered for both the practical and beautiful requirements.
Whatever you're imagining and hoping for we can make it happen! From designing the look of your ceremony and beautiful table settings, to additional furniture, linen, dinnerware, glassware and cutlery, to a feature bar, leaners, sofas and lounging, and fabulous feature walls - from seated dining or a cocktail style event, we can help! We can also design personalised signage, create all your marquee or tipi florals, bridal party florals, and bring everything to your location and style your magical tipi or marquee. We'll do all the work, all so that you don't need to do anything except enjoy your amazing day!

To remove the guess-work of figuring out what you'll need for a marquee or tipi wedding or event, the following packages give you an idea of costs for styling and florals. And we can put together a complete package for absolutely everything from the Tipi or Marquee, to all furniture and linen, all your decor, florals, magical lighting, right through to delivery and full setup. HIRE PACKAGES 2023-24
All pricing is for hire items only and excludes delivery and setup.
WEDDING CEREMONY HIRE | $505
- Your choice of ceremony arch or backdrop
- Signing table and chair
- 2 x decor items of your choice
- Artificial floral arrangement for arch/backdrop
- Welcome sign (non personalised) & easel/stand
TABLE SETTING HIRE | $12 per guest
- Table runners
- Napkins
- Candle-holders and taper candles (real or led)
- Votives and tea-light candles (real or led)
- Choice of vases
- Table Numbers
FLORALS
We can create all your florals to add the finishing touch. Below is example of pricing for florals, which for Tipis are amazing in a mix of fresh and dried. Pricing is based on up to 100 guests and an allocated number and size of arrangements, and excludes delivery & setup costs.
- We can provide a quote to suit you, including all your bridal party florals.
- We also have a range of high quality artificial florals available for hire.

TIPI or MARQUEE STYLING PACKAGE
Based on 80-100 guests.
Three consultations, including styling advice and creating floor plans, for your Tipi or Marquee

- Welcome board

- Place name cards
- 40 Rose petal cones, fresh petals and display stand
- Bar Menu sign

Your choice of two additional items from our collection, which popular options include:
- Giant rustic LOVE sign

* This package is intended to give you an idea of the cost for all hire furniture, decor, styling, and florals and can be tailored to suit your individual requirements. Please note this price doesn't include the Tipi or Marquee, but we can organise this for you.
