Setup Service  |   from $450 

Our setup service can be added to your hire booking, and is also available for those who have organised their own hire items and need someone to setup their venue. We'll go over all the details ensuring we understand your vision, confirm the cost for setup (based on the amount of setup required) and on the day you can relax and trust us to setup your venue beautifully. 

We can also provide a quote for all your florals.



Planning Assistance  |   from $120 

Personal sessions to give clarity and help with your planning. We’ll discuss all your ideas and challenges, provide advice and answers to any questions you have. We can recommend a selection of venues, check or create your run-sheet and time-line, advise on seating charts, floor plans, styling, and offer ongoing guidance. We’re here for anything you need help with!

Event Planning & Styling    from $950-$3800

For those clients who want us to take care of everything right from the start - from the logistics, to all the planning and styling. This is our most comprehensive service, aimed at removing all the stress as we'll guide you every step of the way. We’ll start by discussing your ideas and find out what’s most important to you. We’ll work closely with you to create the plan and vision for your event, taking care of everything from start to finish. This service is tailored to meet your needs and can include:

- sourcing your venue

- venue site visits

- recommending and booking your main suppliers

- providing guidance, advice and regular communication and meetings

- creating your personalised styling concept, drawing up floor plans, calculating quantities and sourcing all products

- keeping track of your budget and payments

- creating the detailed time-line

- managing your event

Working with us ensures your vision becomes a reality, and we'll attend for a specific time period, to make sure everything goes to plan.

Event Co-ordination & Setup   from $1200

This service is for those who have sourced and organised all their decor, booked suppliers, and want to hand everything over to an expert to ensure it all comes together. This service begins 6-8 weeks prior to your event. We’ll meet to discuss your vision, create a detailed time-line, co-ordinate timings with your suppliers, and oversee everything on the morning. This service also includes our Setup Service, so we’ll setup your venue beautifully to deliver your vision. 

We can also provide a quote for hire & styling items, design and florals.


Graphic Design Services

We can provide a quote for our graphic designer to custom design stationery from invitations, to signage, branding and anything you need for your event.


Floral Styling

Our in-house florists can create all your event florals, big or small! We source from a range of commercial and small local growers, and thoughtfully select beautiful colour combinations and varieties to create a range of florals.



DIY Styling Concepts  |   from $350  

For those who have an idea of the look they want, but need help with how to make it happen! We'll discuss your vision, and create a personalised visual styling concept. We’ll advise on floor plan layouts to suit your venue, calculate quantities of items, and provide a list of products, pricing and suppliers. This service saves your time, gives you a beautiful visual reference guide, and all the information you need to book everything for your event.

Event Styling    Custom quoted 

This service is for those who would love to work with a stylist to eliminate all the overwhelming decisions, and let us design the look of your event, curate all the beautiful elements, and setup then pack-down everything at your venue. This service includes:

- discussing your vision and discovering what’s most important to you.

- providing advice, suggesting ideas and talking through options

- venue site visit to discuss styling options

- developing a personalised concept and a visual proposal

- advice on your floor plan and table layouts

- designing table-scapes and calculating quantities for all decor

- hire of all furniture and decor

Design Marquee & Private Locations  |   from $250  

With this service we’ll visit your marquee site or private location and provide advice for the location, all equipment and setup ideas. We’ll create a floor plan showing all equipment, furniture and lighting.  We'll provide a quote for hire of furniture, decor and florals, and if you book with us, we'll deduct the design fee from your total spend.
