Full Wedding Planning & Styling FROM $3600
Eliminate stress and work with a highly experienced planner and we'll take the time to discover what's most important to you and ensure your day is thoughtfully designed to perfectly suit you. Our Planning Service is tailored to provide the support you need and can include:
- sourcing your venue
- setting your budget and creating payment reminders
- recommending and liaising with suppliers that are the right fit for you.
- your own customised online planning board
- creating the timeline for how your day will unfold from start to finish
- a site visit to discuss ceremony locations and the setup
We'll communicate regularly, offer guidance on anything about your Wedding and plan all the details for your day. On your Wedding day we'll be a calming presence and ensure your Wedding goes to plan. We also include Wedding Styling, so we'll design the look and feel of your Wedding and present an itemised quote. This is the ultimate service as you only need to work with us, as the one company to Plan and Style your Wedding, to deliver a Wedding that's perfect for you.
Wedding Co-ordination | FROM $1600
If you've planned your day and would love peace of mind to ensure your Wedding is exactly what you've imagined and unfolds smoothly on the day, our Wedding Co-ordination service could be just what you need!
We'll talk through what you've organised to understand your vision, and create an online board where you'll upload all your supplier details. We'll talk through in detail everything that'll happen from start to finish, create the detailed time-line, ensuring everything is organised to flow smoothly. We'll liaise with your suppliers, share the timeline and co-ordinate any final details.
On your Wedding day we can setup any final small details or provide a quote for full setup of your venue. We'll meet you at your ceremony to be a calming presence, assist with your entrance. We're in the background giving reminders to your key people and suppliers, to ensure your day unfolds to plan.
For additional support you may wish to hire items from our collection and have us create all your gorgeous florals.
Wedding Styling - includes setup & pack-down
DESIGN, HIRE & FLORALS | Total spends range from $3500-$6500+
We'll talk through your ideas, view your images and Pinterest boards, then put together a complete quote which can include:
- wedding invitations, welcome board, seating plan, menus, place-name cards
- all furniture, decor and table settings
- backdrop, lounging furniture, bars etc
- all your ceremony, venue and bridal party florals
We'll provide guidance, suggestions, create floor plans and design a style to suit you. We'll select and create everything ensuring all the elements work beautifully together. And on your Wedding day we'll set up your venue beautifully, then pack it all away - so you can completely enjoy your day.
Every couple has different ideas, and requirements so we'll put together a quote based on what you need, want and love. Our quotes are the total spend for all hire products, signage, florals, delivery, setup and pack-down. Total spends vary; for instance bare venues such as marquees, tipis and halls often require tables, chairs and dinnerware, and for those wanting masses of florals, or if we’re travelling to a destination location, total spends are on the higher end.
